Who we are
Oski Marketing Ltd is the controller of personal data collected through oski.co.uk. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 13011792, registered office 22 Hillside Road, Penn, High Wycombe, England, HP10 8JJ.

What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, company name (optional), the service you need and your message.
- Phone number reveal: the email address you enter to see our number.
- Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.
- Usage data, only if you accept cookies: pages visited, rough location, device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics.
We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive data such as health or financial details through this site.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and performing that contract.
- To follow up on an enquiry you started. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it. Lawful basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner.
We do not sell your data and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Cookies
We only set analytics cookies if you click "Accept All" on the cookie banner. If you click "Decline", no analytics cookies are set. We store your choice in your browser's local storage so the banner does not keep reappearing. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will show again.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site and our business:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers enquiry form submissions to our inbox.
- Our email provider, which stores the messages we send and receive.
- Netlify, which hosts this website and keeps standard server logs.
- Google, for Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards UK law requires, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for six years after our work ends, because UK tax and company law requires it. Analytics data is kept for Google Analytics' standard retention period of 14 months.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the data we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your data
- restrict or object to how we use it
- send your data to you or another organisation in a usable format
- stop using data we hold on the basis of your consent, at any time
Email oski@oski.co.uk and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
